The Trust has developed Lease regulations in accordance with Hudson River Park Act requirements. The regulations outline the criteria to be used by the Hudson River Park Trust in determining whether a lease, license, concession agreement or other agreement for facilities and properties under the jurisdiction of Hudson River Park Trust should be granted. In addition, these regulations will outline the public consultation process to be used by the Hudson River Park Trust prior to entering into a lease, license, concession or other agreement.
