Property aquisition and disposition policies
In accordance with Section 7.2 of the Hudson River Park Act, the Trust is not authorized to acquire or hold title to real property. Dispositions are restricted to leases and other limited term property agreements in accordance with Section 7.11 of the Act. The annexed Lease regulations identify the requirements and restrictions regarding the leasing of Trust property. Disposition of any personal property is handled in accordance with the annexed Trust Surplus Property Policy and Procedures.
