The Hudson River Park Trust has the capacity to moor up to 40 boats on the south side of Pier 40, located at West Houston and West Streets and 40 boats on the south side of Pier 25 at N.Moore St. .The mooring fields are open from May 1 through October 31 each year and are available by paid permit only. To obtain fees and a permit application, please contact the Hudson River Park Trust. Mooring field permits are granted on a first come, first served basis. Applications should be directed to the Director of Marine Operations and will be accepted no earlier than January 1st for the coming season.

• Vessels larger than 40 feet cannot be accommodated.
• Vessels must be registered, insured and seaworthy.
• Overnight occupancy of vessels is prohibited.
