Here are just some of the things you'll learn by participating in some of Hudson River Park's guided history tours . . .

  • Robert Fulton launched the Clermont, the first steamship, from Pier 45 in Greenwich Village in 1809.

  • The Titanic was scheduled to arrive at Chelsea Piers on April 16, 1912 at the conclusion of her maiden voyage. Survivors returned to Pier 54 on the Carpathia.
