Back and bigger and better than before this FREE exercise series will now take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Sundays this summer!

Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30pm on Pier 25 at N. Moore St. - Lolë joins forces with Hudson River Park and FITiST to bring you a summer of movement and well-being. A wide range of classes are offered, but space is limited to 75 people per class. Participation requires RSVP. Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30pm on 14th Street Park - Yogamaya is a premiere vinyasa yoga studio in the heart of Chelsea (135 W. 20th St). We invite you to flow, sweat, chant, and breathe with us - to move dynamically, with grace and precision - here on the mat and out in the world. Yogamaya Yoga is a workout for your body, mind, and spirit. Yogamaya offers over 60 classes per week. Classes are limited to 75 people per class; No RSVP required. Sundays, 6:30–7:30pm on 14th Street Park - Shape Up NYC, a free citywide fitness program offered by NYC Parks in partnership with Equinox, NYC Service and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, brings you five weeks of fitness! Shape Up NYC will offer a variety of their most popular exercise classes throughout the series. Please visit Shape Up NYC for program details. Classes are limited to 75 people on a first-come, first-served basis.
