Tuesdays - Lolë is joining forces with Hudson River Park and FITiST to bring to you a summer of movement and well-being. A wide range of classes are offered, but space is limited to 75 people per class. Bring your own mat. Wednesdays & Thursdays - Shape Up NYC, a free citywide fitness program offered by NYC Parks in partnership with Equinox, NYC Service and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, brings you Pilates and Nia, a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance and yoga. Bring your own mat. Classes are limited to 75 people on a first come, first served basis.
