
The bike path runs the entire length of Hudson River Park from Battery Place at the southern tip of Manhattan to W.59th St. where it connects with Riverside Park South. The path was built and is owned by the NYS Department of Transportation.

Overview
The bike path is dedicated to bicycles, skateboards and rollerbladers. Mile markers can be found every .5 miles. Bike racks are provided throughout the park.
Users should stay to the right and ride in single file for safety.
Please dismount bikes on all pedestrian walkways.

North of the park: North of 59th Street, bikers will enter Hudson River Park’s neighbor, Riverside Park South. Riverside Park South links to Riverside Park at 72nd St. "Cherry Walk" links the Riverside Park to the West Harlem waterfront. The Riverside-Fort Washington Link extends from 155th St. to 158th St, connecting Riverside Park and Fort Washington Park. The link enables trail users to travel along the Hudson River waterfront as far north as 181st Street. At 181st St, the park paths turn inland and connect to the local street grid.
