On Sunday, October 28^th from noon-6pm the Halloween Kidz Karnival comes back to Pier 46 for the fourth year in a row! Put on your costumes, and bring the kids to this family friendly event.

Rides, arts & crafts, and tasty treats like cotton candy will entertain the kids. In addition to all this fun, there will be Halloween-themed improv shows throughout the day performed by the wonderful and talented Story Pirates!
